Customer was advised taking the headliner out of his vehicle and locating rattle would take longer than the time he had before having to leave the state. So it isn’t that we couldn’t find the issue, it was that the customer didn’t have the time to have us take apart his vehicle and get it back together. So to hammer us on a survey because of a time constraint on his part…
