The reason for such a low score was because it took over two hours for an oil,filter, tire rotation. I feel like I wasted a day off

I like the services that come with my lease. I think the service department was not as organized in the past. They appeared to forget my car was there and took people ahead and I had to come back later for my appointment. The rep did advise the error, but did cause me to have to return and inconvenience.

Two hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable - especially with an appointment scheduled. (No loaner cars offered or available to use.)

Bob was really great to work with. However, I had an appointment for 12:45, my car didn’t move to the shop until 1:30 and was finally finished at 3:00. I was in for my 30k VW care. My car came out with a splash of water on it and was definitely not ran through the car wash. The work felt rushed even though I was there for over 2 hours.

I purchased the car online. I live in Michigan and bought car in Ohio. Everything went great. The only down side was how busy dealership was when I arrived. I texted when I was 1.5hours out and 30 minutes away hoping to get in and out but I had to sit around for 2 hours before I could sign off on the car and leave.
