Two things, first, I went for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 1 and 1/2 hours. Second, The service cost over $200 of which $150 was labor! Padding the bill comes to mind. for future oil changes.

I took a chance and came in at 3:00 PM without an appointment to get my 20,000 service done before a long trip in my Atlas the next day. I wasn’t sure they would be able to take me, but I was past due for the service. I was pleasantly greeted and assured that they were able to take care of it. After a short wait my car was done and I went on my trip the following morning with the satisfaction that all was well with my Atlas.

The service department is always very accommodating, but I just don’t understand why we make appointments and always end up sitting at least one hour prior to car even being taken back to be serviced! Staff is always kind but service department Definitely needs to work on turnover time! Maybe schedule less appointments to accommodate customers!
