I had an appt. 8 am. I was exhausted worked late night before but was there at 8am & waited for someone to get there. I left & said call me when my car is ready. No one called. I called 5 hrs later asking what is going on. Was told should be ready in 30 min. It took allday to do an oil change & rotate tires. It would have taken longer if I didn't call. My husband has a new vehicle & dropped his truck off at a different dealership & waited & he was out the door in an hour. This dealership has issues with front desk attitudes & take all day to do anything on your car. Major overhaul of employees need to be made and hire more people. I love my car but do not like this dealership from day 1 of purchasing my car. I was given the wrong car & that was something else to have to return it & get the correct car a week later. Very unprofessional & mismanaged dealership! Unexcusable in my opinion. Someone needs to change all this soon!!

Service area was clean, I was greeted at the door and checkin was very quick. Obviously service at the dealer takes longer that the quick oil change businesses, but I'm retired so not under time restriant pressures so the extra time is good quality reading time for me.

After taking my car in 4 times and going to be the 5th time when they call me back after they hear from Volkswagen it has already been over a week and I still haven’t heard from them but the problem is still not fixed.Also while I was there I got my 10,000 mile oil change at less than 10,100 miles but because it took me over a year to get to 10,000 miles they made me use my 20,000 mile service which means that I am going to have to pay out of pocket for a oil change and I am not happy about that and I am about ready to turn it in or sell it because the car has been nothing but a problem.
