If I could pick zero stars I would. I still have not had my issues resolved. 1. I can NEVER speak to anyone at the dealer. 2. When I leave a message I NEVER get a return call. 3. I had my car in to be serviced more than a week ago and I called ahead to CONFIRM they had windshield wipers in stock so I would not have to come back because the last TWO times I have come for service they have not had parts and I’ve had to make multiple trips back for RECALL PARTS. 4. Service told me to come Tuesday to get my wipers put on. I was told to call Lexi, which I did multiple times, left messages to confirm the wipers were there and got no return call. 5. Jeff was supposed to talk to me about my brakes that are to be replaced on my car that is not even 6 MONTHS OLD. This service and quality at Volkswagen is disgusting. I will highly recommend NO ONE do business here.And on top of it all Now I have a recall on my Atlas. Unbelievable.

It’s not against the dealer. But I’ve had my new Jetta GLI for 8 months. And it’s been in for service 3 times. I’m so upset with the car bc my radio doesn’t work and I’m STILL waiting for a back ordered part. My 5th VW. But my last.

This service visit was the WORST I’ve ever experienced. My oil change was on a Monday evening, and my vehicle seemed to be fine. Come Tuesday I walked out to my vehicle to discover all oil contents of the engine had spilled out on my garage floor, nothing was left in the engine. I attempted to call the dealer and service never picked up (this is a usual occurrence here; not just a one time occurrence) and had to have a receptionist walk over to service and tell them to talk to me. Upon discussing with the advisor they were not initially believing me of the situation, asking if there was oil in the engine block. I restated there was not and the vehicle would need to be towed. The dealer DID NOT offer to have the car towed at their expense, and said I’d need to call VW Roadside Assistance on my OWN. I had to incur a $45 fee to get my vehicle towed. It turned out the dealer tech never tightened the oil drain plug, causing all the oil contents to spill. I was not charged for the oil refill, which was the only positive experience. Additionally, service NEVER called to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup on Wednesday and again I had to speak to a receptionist to even figure out the status of the vehicle. At the time of this review, I have not had a chance to speak to the service manager as they have been on vacation. No attempt on the dealer’s behalf has been made to reimburse the tow fee or costs to clean up over 4 quarts of oil from my garage space. Plenty of learning opportunities for the dealer from this experience!!
