Your entire service department needs worked on…our car completely was out of whack, told the service man we were getting the alerts to not drive it..told him all the issues , he said they were too busy and short staffed to deal with it until the following week…told us to drive it in and it’d be there for at least a week…called VW roadside, they said absolutely do not drive were sending out a tow right away….. after a week was finally fixed only to have to walk a half mile away to dig it out of where they store it( in the dark and pouring rain) because they were too busy to go find it….seriously??? Would buy VW again, not from this place !!!!!!

I am Extremely Happy with my new VW Taos! My salesman, Ricardo Ferone, was Amazing- no lies or tricks! That means a lot to me! Also Mr MacLaughlin, in finance was excellent and candid about my extra options. I also met Eli, and the man who showed me what’s what with my vehicle and I am more than happy with my interaction with Brunswick Auto! I probably won’t buy any cars from any other dealer in the future!!
