    I dropped my car off at 8 am on a Tuesday morning. The reason for my appointment was that the cruise control would not turn on. The car also had a couple recalls due. After hearing nothing all day, i called them at 430pm to see what the status was. They did not answer and i left a message for the service adviser that I need to know the status because it takes me some time to drive back to Brunswick. They then called me back at 520pm and said that the car was ready to pick up. They did one of the recalls but did not look at the cruise control problem because the Master technician determined by looking it was my snow tires causing the cruise control not to engage. I responded that it was not the snow tires because I just put the on last a few days ago and the cruise control problem was happening for about a month before that. He put me on hold to ask the Master technician and came back saying it doesn’t matter needs to have the factory tires or the won’t look at it. I stated this was unacceptable and they should have called me in the morning if this was an issue. They took up an entire day and did not address the problem of my visit. It was no so late in the day after this phone call that i would not be able to make it back before they close. I told the service advisor they would have all day tomorrow to look at the issue since I could not make it back before close and I work 12 hours the next day. He said he would work on it tomorrow and call me back. No work to identify cause was done on Wednesday (I could tell car sat in parking lot from the app). I did not get a call back from the service advisor. I also discovered on this trip that the dealer cannot do all the recalls on my vehicle. I have brought my car in multiple times to this dealer for service and recalls. They always add any active recluse when you make an appointment. A recall that appeared the last 2 visits was still on the list. The service advisor stated they cannot do the recall at Brunswick VW and I should go to Ganley VW. After this poor customer service experience no attempt was made to resolve the problem. They did not offer to let me bring in the tires to be switched out. They did not offer a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to find repeated rides to dealer. They did not try to identify problem even after I told them it was impossible it was the snow tires.

    Stephen was more than willing to go that extra mile for me! Got my monthly payments where I wanted to be!!! He also had a dent repaired which would have been a breaker to me. Even had the car delivered to!!! The driver was also 5star!!! Very polite!!!!! I will definitely be shopping again at Brunswick when this lease is up!!

    Very friendly and responsive staff. From sales associates to finance to management. Everyone was polite and accommodating even though the dealership was very busy the day after Christmas.
