    Great service as always! Friendly staff and clean comfortable waiting room! This is my second VW and your service department is always very accommodating and pleasant, and I believe is a big part of why I came back.

    The service was related to a recall, and it was easy to schedule, and the appointment was in a timely manner. However, when I requested a shuttle to work after a morning drop off, I was informed that a shuttle would be available. I dropped the car at the time of the appointment and was informed that a shuttle would not be available for another 2 hours. I work approximately 2 miles from the dealership and needed to be at work with in 45 minutes. I was forced to walk to work through a snow storm so I wouldn't be late.

    My spouse brought my vehicle in for an oil change. He said when he arrived- the service person rolled their eyes at him when telling them where he had to park. (Busy time- lots of snow on the ground). He ignored it but there were a couple other moments of rudeness. By the end he said the service team attitude subsided. This isn’t the first time I experienced this myself- so we won’t be back. We would rather go places that provide decent basic customer service.

    Actually had to return as the initial appt, my vehicle was not serviced (not enough techs that day). I returned the next morning & everything was taken care of — with a 10% discount— that’s why I gave five stars!
