Service was outstanding. The only thing I would comment on is why they didn’t wash the car when finished.

I’ve had to make a trip to the dealership three times for the same issue. The first time, the scheduling person didn’t record the issue correctly. So the tech didn’t diagnose what the issue was. The second time I came in they didn’t have the part, which would have been nice to know before I drove all the way there. I clearly explained what the issue was on the phone after my first visit went wrong. So the third time I came in, after they ordered the part, they ordered/VW sent the wrong part. So now I’ll have to come back a fourth time. Pretty ridiculous.
