Submitted finance application online and was given payment terms by phone. Upon arrival, the terms changed and I was told that the online application was not really an application. This was after I had already given my down payment. The sales representative eventually made it right by giving me the originally stated terms. I would've given 5 stars if I had not experienced this discrepancy.
