The women that helped me were wonderful. When I dropped my car off, she asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and I said yes. I told her that even though my car was recently washed a bird got to the windshield. After the service was completed, I got back in my car and the bird poop was still on my windshield. On the receipt, it stated that the car was washed. I don't care that it wasn't washed, I just wonder if the rest of the items were performed as well.
