Factory defect can't be corrected. Money spent on regularly scheduled service and didn't even bother to wash my car. I won't be buying another volkswagen after this .

My sales associate Ted was fantastic. This is the second (and eventually third a week later) vehicle we have leased with his help and all three have been extremely smooth experiences. Our first lease with him was right after the arrival of our family's first child, and the latest two were right before the arrival of our second, and Ted took the time to fully understand our situation and make recommendations accordingly. He listened to my thoughts and worked with me to come up with two payments that we were comfortable with. Will continue to go through him for cars for as long as he is at the dealership.

My last visit to Brunswick VW was (on the phone) an oil change, tire rotation and tire balance. When arriving to my appointment the service desk attendant (nice guy) had no idea what my appointment was for. Great. My car that was serviced was a TUNED VW GTI which had, at this time, a recall to have the ECM flashed/updated. My car was involuntarily applied a recall without asking/ permission, which has resulted in a $86 visit to have my car re-tuned. This could have been avoided If ASKED before preforming ANY work on my car. Calls and voicemail to service manager left unanswered about some kind of resolution. I have been asked when making an appointment if I'd like a recall serviced, yes that's what I'd expect, nothing this time everyone dropped the ball and it's not the first time( I have left without everything I asked to have serviced and grease on my lugg nuts which I personally wiped off at the dealership ). I won't be going back here again after many years of service.
