No one ever answers the phone in the service department or parts department. And when I got there, there was no one at the service desk. I waited for what seemed to be forever before any one helped me.0

Service was great and service dept was professional and courteous. While waiting the sales dept was the opposite. Salesman playing rock paper scissors in the lobby and vaping right outside the front door where everyone can see.

We’ll live a good hour from the dealership. I scheduled a morning appointment for an oil change and 2 recalls. After arriving we were told it would be 3 hours. Half way in we were told the valve cover gasket needs replaced. We could have gone it that day but bring stuck at the dealership for even long was not doable do we have to bring it back this week. If we could have gotten a loaner car we could have done it in one shot. There are no places to go for lunch or anything to do within walking distance of the dealership.
