    First of all I brought my Volkswagen in for a recall and had them check out a sensor of parking lights being out it stated. They said that I indeed needed a new light but they would have to order it. 3 weeks later still hadn’t heard from them so called back and tried 5x before actually talking to someone because of either getting hung up on, no answer, or sent to a voicemail that I didn’t even know what it was for just beeped. Finally got a hold of tech for him to look to see if the headlight was there to be transferred back to someone to make an appt to get it installed to only have it ringing and no answer. I tried again for about three times until I finally talked to someone to get an appt to get it installed. Showed up for appt and I told the receptionist that the censor that was on has now switched from the left parking lights being to the right. She said she would the tech know. The receptionist came back after about 10 min and said it actually wasn’t a light but it was a censor issue but they would have to order it. I said well would they actually call me this time to set up an appt because they never called me about this appt and she assured me they would. It will be three weeks and still waiting to be notified. I am honestly ready to head to a new dealership, the one that I bought the car from because this is getting ridiculous
