I did not receive any communication about the repair update for the 60,000-mile service after being pressured to make the payment immediately. I felt disrespected and treated poorly. The multi-point inspection report indicates that everything is in good condition, but I have doubts about its accuracy. The brake pads should have worn out after 60,000 miles.
