    My recent experience has been horrible. I have waited since April to get my car fixed. I called every week and left numerous messages. No one ever called me back. My husband would call and have the same experience. We finally got my car in to be fixed and it is still not fixed. Moments after we picked it up, the check engine light came on and it's now leaking oil. We have called multiple times to get my car back in the shop. Leaving messages with no one calling us back. I'm disappointed with the service and feel my business is not wanted.

    I waited a number of hours at the dealership before being told the head mechanic was off that day who they felt would be best to diagnose the problem. I chose this rating because I feel they could’ve let me know much earlier. Upon final diagnosis which I had recommended, they check both left and right side for steering concerns, I was told they had to order the right side part which means I have to return again!
